طِين [جمع]: جج أطيان: ١- (جو) وحل؛ تراب مختلط بالماء، مادَّة تتكوَّن من سليكات وألومينات بعض العناصر مختلطة ببعض المواد العضويّة، حبيباتها دقيقة متماسكة.
