إجهاض [مفرد]: ١- مصدر أجهضَ. ٢- (طب) خروج الجنين أو إخراجه من الرَّحم قبل الشَّهر الرَّابع ° إجهاض تلقائيّ: إخراج مُبكِّر لجنين غير قادر على الحياة من الرحم- إجهاض علاجيّ: إجهاض لابُدّ منه لخطورة الحمل على صحّة الأمّ.
