شَرِكَةٌ - ج: ـات. [ش ر ك]. (مص. شَرِكَ). "أَسَّسُوا شَرِكَةً تِجَارِيَّةً": أَيْ مُؤَسَّسَةً لِعَدَدٍ مَحْدُودٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ يُسَاهِمُ بِقَدْرٍ مِنَ الْمَالِ لإِدَارَةِ تِجَارَةٍ مَّا يَتَقَاسَمُونَ أَرْبَاحَهَا.
